Your local aged care specialist officer Lisa Wadham will be discussing how she can provide specialised, in-depth support with end-to-end access and navigation of services including:

• registering for My Aged Care services and referring for assessment or other community services
• the differences between the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Home Care Packages
• other ACSO services such as assisting with appointing a representative for My Aged Care or a nominee for Centrelink.

Lisa will be available after the presentation to answer short individual queries.
