Located amongst the trees of the gorgeous Spotted Gum Pavilion this 6-week gentle yoga series will focus on movement, breath and sound.
Breath the fresh air as you listen to the sounds of the trees and birds as we move our bodies consciously.
Connected to breath, we'll replenish our mind, body and spirit in this Spring time immersion.

Investment: $120 for 6 classes or $25 casual class
What to bring: If you have a yoga mat and props please bring them, if not there will be a couple of spare mats available. Bring a water bottle and extra clothing if needed for cooler weather.
About the Teacher:
Emily Boyd is a health coach, yoga/mediation teacher and jewellery artist. She has completed a Bachelors Degree in Visual Art and Digital Design and a 200 hour yoga teacher training in Hatha and Yin yoga.
Emily is passionate about women’s health after healing her body from PCOS and endometriosis through nutrition, exercise, lifestyle changes and mental awareness.
It is now Emilys mission to empower people find their path to vibrant health, in order to successfully transform their lives and fulfil their dreams.
Emily currently teaches yoga at Soul Tribe in Batemans Bay and That Little yoga place in Moruya.
Emily uses her positive attitude to encourage people to optimise their health, vibrancy and self love.
Emily is inspired daily by her meditation practice and connection to Mother Nature.
In her free time, Emily likes spending time with her family, gardening, cooking surfing and being outdoors.
