Narooma seals and whales discovery tour

Meet your National Parks guide at Narooma Bar Rocks to see Australian and New Zealand Fur Seals in the wild. You’ll watch as they navigate the ocean and coastline with ease. Your guide is a wealth of knowledge and will give you invaluable insight into the daily lives of these marine mammals. You’ll learn how these amazing animals survive extreme temperatures, travel great distances and avoid predators.

Narooma Bar Rock Lookout is also the perfect vantage point to spot whales on their annual migration. With a bit of patience and luck, you’ll get to witness majestic humpback whales performing stunning displays of power and agility as they pass by the coast. You’ll also learn how to identify different types of whales, including the endangered Southern Right Whale.

Don’t forget to bring your binoculars and wear weather appropriate clothing.
