Join us for an author talk at Narooma Library with Karen Viggers who is the author of five internationally bestselling novels including The Orchardist’s Daughter, The Lightkeeper’s Wife and The Grass Castle.

Her latest novel Sidelines is an exciting, unpredictable family drama set on the junior sporting field. Ambitious teens who think they could play for Australia. Parents doing their best to support them. When everyone wants to win, sometimes things can get out of hand. From the football field to school, work and the family home, Sidelines is a story that will win your heart.

Karen especially likes to write about modern life and relationships, about lighthouses, country towns, pets and wildlife, forests and mountains, and now urban families and junior sport. And, being a vet, she can’t help sneaking a few animals into her books.

Join us for a stimulating discussion, light refreshments and to meet Karen and purchase signed copies of her books
