Active Art & Soul Tribe Studio bring you a workshop designed for mothers and daughters in their late primary and early secondary years.

A full day event including yoga, mindfulness, journaling, goal-setting, health and anxiety activities, water-colour painting, a group canvas creation and special mother-daughter craft.

Exploring topics such as inclusion, body-image, friendship, mindfulness and transitioning to teen years.

Lunch, afternoon tea and beverages and all art materials included.

Set in the beautiful Botanical Gardens near Batemans Bay.
