During this class each week there will be different guided mediation to switch from the constant doing in our lives and allow ourselves the time to rest, recouperate and replenish. Becoming present within our mind, body and spirit. No experience nessecary, a space for you to nurture the inner self.
Suitable for all ages and open to anyone that would like to explore the unlimited possibilities of this ancient healing practice or to simply relax and enjoy the process of letting go.
